Reiki Level 1 focuses on self-healing — opening your energy channels through attunement, learning hand positions, and beginning your 21-day self-healing practice. Reiki Level 2 activates the three sacred Reiki symbols and teaches you emotional healing, distance healing, and how to channel Reiki energy for others — making it the foundation of professional practice.
⚜ How long does the Reiki Level 1 and 2 course take?
Reiki Level 1 is a 1-day intensive of 4 hours. Reiki Level 2 is a 1-day intensive of 5 hours. The Combined Path — Level 1 and Level 2 together — is a 2-day intensive that gives you full practitioner certification in one weekend. All sessions are conducted live online via video call with Dr. Monica Agarwal directly.

A Reiki attunement is a sacred energetic initiation performed by a Reiki Grandmaster — in this case Dr. Monica Agarwal — that permanently opens your energy channels to receive and channel Universal Life Force Energy.
